I am so
impressed with your product support that I had to take a minute to express my
appreciation and gratitude in writing. I have had the occasion to telephone
your company a few times with questions, or a problem I encountered, and you
have always been extremely courteous, helpful, and backed up your products
beyond expectations.
It has been a
couple of years since I made my purchase of your mobile equipment, and without
hesitation, you voluntarily sent me a replacement part to cure a problem that I
may have even caused. That deserves a special compliment for the standard under
which you operate your business.
Your mobile
desk has been invaluable with the accessibility and use of my notebook
computer. It provides just another way I can take advantage of today’s
